How it all goes down

Each project is unique, but most take 8-12 weeks to complete. Here's a typical schedule:

Before we start

Once your deposit is paid, we will decide on a kick-off date and invite you to our Client Portal, which houses all the onboarding items both you and I will need to prepare ahead of our start date.

You'll work with your copywriter to nail down the website copy and gather your visual elements like photography and logos.

Design & Build

We'll begin the design process with a kick-off call: a brand strategy session which will guide the rest of our project.

From there, the fun begins! I will create design mockups of your new site for you to consider. Once we nail down the design, I will build your new website accordingly.

Testing & Refinements

Once your website is built, we will test all functionality and make any refinements necessary. This involves everything from design tweaks, placing sample orders to assess the customer journey, and back end system testing.

Launch!

Ahead of our launch, we will have an education call where you will learn everything you need to know about how your website works - so you feel confident managing it on your own in the future. I also provide an extensive library of video how-tos and a written guide that's tailored specifically to your website.

Then it's time to celebrate! When your site goes live, I will stay on as your partner for the next 30 days to help you learn the ropes and navigate questions.
