Jennifer from The Artizan Way came to me as an already established and successful business owner ready to branch out from typical ecommerce selling platforms and create their own ecommerce site with Shopify. Jennifer was also in need of streamlined inventory management using the payment processor already in place, this was a major pain point in their business.
I built a ecommerce store for the business using the Shopify platform, and customized it for a unique customer experience that enhanced the personality of the brand that repeat customers already knew and loved.
Behind the scenes, I created a sku management system and developed an easy to use, comprehensive inventory management system that removed the hassle of manually updating stock levels or worry about overselling due to inaccurate stock. This was a huge relief and time saver for the business, and they could now be confident that in-person sales and online sales would be synced. Jennifer now had more time to grow the business and expand their greenhouse capabilities, being freed of the intensity of managing stock with paper and pen.
